At The Jackalope Grill, we don’t do boring. When it comes to wine tastings, forget the usual “notes of crushed stone and freshly rained-on violets.” We’re here for personality, sass, and a little story in every glass. Faith, Hope & Charity Winery is joining us for our next exclusive wine dinner on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, and trust me—this lineup is anything but typical.
1. Albariño, Eola-Amity Hills
Think of this as your summer day porch dweller. The breeze is perfect, the neighbor’s kids are arguing about who gets the green popsicle, and you’re sitting smugly with a glass of this in hand. Grilled peach, nectarine, orange sorbet, and a little coastal charm—it disappears from your glass faster than you’ll admit. Best part? You’re sitting there with pure gratitude that your kids are grown, you’re not making lunches or shuttling anyone to school, and you get to savor the peace of your own front
porch.

2. 2022 La Crescent, Estate
Hints of honey and a touch nutty (kind of like your favorite cousin). She’s wearing a slimming dress in a classy bar—single, but not desperate. Smooth finish, independent attitude. This wine doesn’t need your approval… but you’ll give it anyway.
3. 2022 Frontenac Gris, Estate
Your “all-around kinda gal.” Tropical honey, a splash of versatility, and she mingles like a champ. Perfect for a group of friends who can’t decide if they like Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, or Sauvignon Blanc. Spoiler: she wins everyone over.
4. 2024 Dolcetto Rosé
Strawberry fields forever… but make it dry. Slightly sweet, but polished. The kind of wine that belongs at the crab and shrimp bar at your dreaded work function. You’ll be the one smiling with your glass, while everyone else jostles for cocktail sauce.
5. 2019 Leon Millot, Estate
The Lady in Red. Romantic, approachable, slightly flirty red. Notes of flower fields and—yes—forest floor (we had to say it once). She’s perfect for a picnic, a romantic dinner, or for proving you don’t need a $200 bottle to feel bougie.

6. 2018 Maréchal Foch
Hold your mustaches. This one’s semi-dry, bold, and rocking dark fruit vibes with a speakeasy soul. Picture a dark green velvet jacket, a cigar, and that guy with the mysterious smile you probably shouldn’t trust… but you do anyway.
7. 2019 Marquette
She’s a hottie. Full-bodied, voluptuous, all sass and cranberry attitude. Smooth finish, but make no mistake—she’s going to win the argument and you’ll still walk away thinking you were right. Spoiler: you weren’t.
8. 2023 Pinot Noir, Eola-Amity Hills
Boom. Dark cherry, cardamom, cinnamon—all the spice and everything nice. The hot aunt who shows up at Thanksgiving and has everyone wondering how she does it all. Curvy, juicy, spicy, and definitely not average. She’s married, but let’s just say… she’s way out of his league.
