Our Dream Team
From the Sunriver area, both working together after Laura Bliss purchased the South Bend Bistro in 2017 and a new venture blossomed. Laura Bliss and Kelly Day have worked as a team to create a wonderfully unique dining experience to bring a fresh flare to Central Oregon. Two light-hearted and often funny gals bring an enjoyable environment to the workplace, while not sacrificing the elegance they bring to the table. Both Day and Bliss believe in love at first sight, with your meal that is. Both strive to make sure you love how it looks as much as you love how it tastes.
Sommelier, David Stofle is at the helm of our premium wine inventory. Balancing our wine selection to fit bold flavors with the current dishes, we're sure your taste buds will fall in love too.
