What an amazing journey this has been. After working in restaurants for the past 22 years. Starting off my journey with the original Trout House in Sunriver Oregon in 2001, to purchasing the South Bend Bistro in Sunriver in 2017, to now also being here in 2023. I want to say thank you for the warm welcome to those who have embraced this change with open arms. The Jackalope Grill staff and I have been working hard to get everything dialed in and are so proud of what this is becoming.
