At The Jackalope Grill, we love curating unforgettable experiences, and our recent wine dinner with Stoller Winery was no exception. Guests were treated to a five-course meal crafted by our Executive Chef, Josh Podwils, perfectly paired with the outstanding wines from Stoller Family Estate.

The evening began with a light yet flavorful Pan-Seared Scallops paired with a delicate citrus foam, setting the tone for a night full of bright, vibrant flavors. From there, we moved on to the bold richness of Elk Tomahawk, a standout dish showcasing Chef Podwils’ expertise and commitment to locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. The Sweet Potato Agnolotti provided a comforting contrast, with its creamy texture and earthy sweetness. To finish the meal on a sweet note, guests were delighted by our Lemon Lavender Cake, a perfect balance of citrus and floral notes that tied the evening together.
It was especially heartwarming to see familiar faces from our previous wine dinner with La Rioja Alta from Spain. At The Jackalope Grill, building a connection with our guests is at the heart of what we do. We cherish the opportunity to welcome back our loyal guests and share a unique experience together. There’s something truly special about the bonds we build with local
wine lovers, and we look forward to nurturing those relationships for many events to come.

As we reflect on this incredible evening, we’re already excited for what’s next. Our upcoming wine dinners with Laurel Ridge Winery and Domaine Serene promise to be just as memorable, offering fresh, exciting pairings for all our guests. We’re particularly excited about our Domaine Serene Wine Dinner on July 17, 2025, which will be part of the Cork & Barrel Event, benefiting the KIDS Center of Bend. It’s a wonderful cause, and we can’t wait to share an unforgettable evening of fine wines and great company, all while supporting this vital local organization.
We hope to see many familiar faces again at these upcoming dinners, and if you haven’t yet had the chance to join us, we invite you to be part of our close-knit community of wine enthusiasts. Stay tuned for more details about our future events, and don’t forget to reserve your seat early!
Cheers, and we look forward to celebrating with you soon.
